WESH 2 meteorologists have declared Wednesday a First Warning Weather Day as severe storms are possible.

New model data brings a higher confidence that Wednesday's storms may pack a bit of a punch.

A squall line still looks to arrive mid-day, right as temps heat up, allowing for the line to feed off the energy, and thus, a higher threat for severe weather is expected.
