Tomorrow was meant to be the first commemoration dedicated to the NZ Land Wars. However, no national commemoration event has been scheduled. But today at a marae near the famous pā site, Ōrākau, Witi Ihimaera released his 17th book. The story is about a young boy's experience at the famous Waikato battleground. Te Okiwa McLean has more.
