Alright if you want your chest to go from this to this, stop doing 15 sets every single session. There’s only really so much you can do for your chest, and if you’re toasting it with 5 exercises twice a week for 3-4 sets each, you’re just gonna be spending the majority of your time trying to recover rather than actually building new muscle. And this pretty much goes for every muscle group, but chest seems to be the one people overreach on the most, and although it seems counterintuitive to have to do less to grow more, trust me, dialing in on 6-10 really intense sets scattered across 2-3 exercises per session is much better to stimulate hypertrophy rather than trying to throw in everything at once.
