ABOUT THE WORKOUT: dumbbells (light), a mat, and something for hydration for this upper body and core barre-inspired workout. This one is tough hence the name "bootcamp" with it. This 50 minute workout is all about strength and muscle endurance in the upper body. We begin with a quick bodyweight warm-up before moving on to our strength sections. Most of the exercises are timed, so look to the right hand corner for the countdown clock. When you hear the beep, we are done with that exercise and will transition to the next. There are minimal breaks today (the only real break is after the warm-up, then it's non-stop) so if needed, hit pause and take a break. Be sure to keep the core tight (to help stabilize the hips) on the unilateral exercises i.e. don't let the hip on the standing leg sway! SKIP to 1:45 to bypass intro.
